FurGuard is designed as a standalone, offline-first pet care utility. We do not collect, process, transmit, sell, or share any personal data, pet health records, or device identifiers to remote servers or third parties.

2. Local Device Storage

All data entered into the application—including pet profiles, medication schedules, dosage logs, and reminder timestamps— resides exclusively on your local device storage. You retain absolute control over this data.

Removing the app or clearing application cache/storage permanently deletes all local records.

3. Local Notifications

The application relies solely on local system alarms to trigger dosage reminders. No notification payloads, schedules, or tracking metrics are transmitted over external networks.

4. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising

FurGuard does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or remote profiling software.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & LOPDGDD)

Because FurGuard processes no data on external infrastructure, we hold no user records to access, rectify, or erase remotely. Under EU privacy regulations, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
